Ian originally from England now resides in Phuket he run his own holiday renal company. He is on call at most times of the day or night to assist any guests with general assistance or advise either with the villa or their holiday in general.
• Nong – ‘Meet & Greet’ and transportation
Guests will be met at the airport by Nong or one of her drivers, once at the villa Nong will open the villa up and show you around ensuring you are settled in. Nong will also supply guests with hire car or scooters for the their stay or be able to arrange taxi’s or chauffeur services.
• Housekeeping staff
Noi will come to the villa twice weekly during your stay, she will clean, make beds, tidy and do the washing up. This service is fully inclusive in the rental price; she is also happy to arrange additional services such as daily cleaning, laundry and baby sitting for a small additional charge negotiated directly between her and the guests.

All electrical outlets in Villa Tamarind operate at 220 volts, 50 hertz. The plug sockets are two pin Thai style. International adapters are available should they be required.

Although mains water in Thailand is not potable, it is safe for showering etc. Drinking water is supplied in an electric chiller.
• Privacy
The level of privacy offered by Villa Tamarind far exceeds that available in a hotel. The property is at the end of a quite road so has no through traffic and all neighbouring properties are private residential villas. One neighbouring villa could have had views of the gardens but with the careful planting and landscaping the now mature trees offer near 100% privacy.
